  1. How do I register to become a member?
  2. To register, click on the register link and fill in all fields with required details. Please also note that the information you provide must not involve any unnecessary tags or such other characters. We only require your contacts, login name and password.
    It does not take long to fill out the registration form. When you are done with that, you may then go ahead and click the submit button.
    If any mistakes are made, you are given a chance to do it again.

  8. It is very rare for such a thing to happen. Normally once an order has been paid for, we are notified straight away and the delivery process is made. We also email our customers about the estimated delivery time.

    Please also note that some product will take a little bit longer to deliver depending on the area you live in. Other delayed deliveries can be notified to you together with the reasons why this might have happened.

  9. Do you give refunds if I am not happy with the product?
  10. We are always happy to make full refunds or replacement products if any of our customers was not happy with the delivered product. However, we always value all customers and if given good reason as to why they need a refund, we are open for talks.
