1. How do I register to become a member?

To register, click on the register link and fill in all fields with required details. Please also note that the information you provide must not involve any unnecessary tags or such other characters. We only require your contacts, login name and password.
It does not take long to fill out the registration form. When you are done with that, you may then go ahead and click the submit button.
If any mistakes are made, you are given a chance to do it again.


2. What details do you require from me?

We ask for login details and it is only when you want full membership that we will want to know your contact information. Dreamranger employees will never contact you asking for personal details. We can always refer you to our most trusted payments processing companies like Paypal. The only time you will have to give out your personal details is when you are registering with Paypal.


3. Will my registration cost me anything?

It is free for anyone to register with us. You do not have to make a purchase to register and once you become a member, you will be receiving most of our products and services for free.


4. What do I do if I do not recieve my delivery after paying for my order?

It is very rare for such a thing to happen. Normally once an order has been paid for, we are notified straight away and the delivery process is made. We also email our customers about the estimated delivery time.

However if for some reason such a thing happened, you will have to either email us as soon as possible or call us on 07965592217 for UK customers or (0044) 7965592217 if you are not in the United Kingdom.

Please also note that some product will take a little bit longer to deliver depending on the area you live in. Other delayed deliveries can be notified to you together with the reasons why this might have happened.


5. Do you give refunds if I am not happy with the product?

We are always happy to make full refunds or replacement products if any of our customers was not happy with the delivered product. However, we always value all customers and if given good reason as to why they need a refund, we are open for talks.

Some products may only be refundable for a short term, normally within 2 weeks after delivery. Please always check on our products' information before proceeding with any purchases. This will help prevent any such issues.


6. Can I negotiate a price cut on specific products?

We can always negotiate prices for the next purchase or agree to a fixed price for regular customers or those who normally make wholesale purchases. We always allow our customers to ask about specific products and find out if a price can be ammended for them. Price cuts are made mostly if among other reasons,

• The customer is buying a highly priced product for the very first time.
• The customer has a despute about the price of a previous purchase.
• The customer is buying in bulk i.e large quantities.
• The customer quotes a much cheaper price for the same product but from a different store or business.


7. What is Paypal and how safe are they?

PayPal is a payments processing company that specialises in secure transactions made across the Internet between online businesses and their customers. This company is highly safe and one of the most trusted companies in the World. Most online business also use PayPal beacuse it is convinient and easy for customer use. Paypal registers its customers i.e. Online businesses like Dreamranger and e-shoppers like Dreamranger customers who buy products.

One good thing about PayPal is that they can hold onto transactions for upto 40 days in case the customer makes a dispute about the purchase or for any complaints about the way that business handles customers.
