  2. We will always put our customers first into consideration and for that reason, we ensure that their safety is top priority. In addition, we promise to always communicate with our customers and act on any queries they may have.

  4. Much as most of our goods and services are free to all members, we will always provide top quality products and services intended to meet your specific needs. Some products may not be free but we will always tag them at affordable prices.

  5. What is FREE is FREE -
  6. You may have come across businesses which turn around and change their 'free' services to chargeable ones after a successful period of time. Do not worry about Dreamranger's free services. We always keep our word and this will never change. What we say is free will always be free to members.

  7. Refunds and Replacements -
  8. We can make arrangements for full refunds to customers regardless of what product or service they dispute on. Some evidence may however be asked on specific disputes to help determine whether a refund is applicable. We have a set of conditions which we follow to consider a refund or replacement product and among others if -

    • the customer did not recieve the ordered product.
    • the product paid for is faulty whether before or after delivery.
    • the product was out of stock when the customer paid for it.
    • the product has not been delivered within the required time and the customer does not need it any more.
    • an unauthorised customer e.g under 18 years of age makes an order without guidance or permission from the person responsible for payment of that product.
    • any instance of identity theft, fraud or any related internet crime that brought about mistaken payments.

    In some situations it may be difficult for us to deliver your products in good conditions. This is mostly due to the mailing services from either ends. We are always happy to replace products for better ones at no extra cost from customers.
