1. What we do with your information -

We securely keep your personal information for legal and transaction purposes. This means that when you make a purchase, we can know where to send your orders and also keep record of all your transactions with us. We also help our customers to settle tax disputes in case they need our role by revealing their business transactions made for any refered period of time.
We use customer records to review our sales and understand what you want most in certain seasons. We can also tell which services need improvements and products alike. This enables us to provide you with better goods and services to suit your needs.
For legal reasons, we need to know what type of people we are dealing with and just which countries they live in.
We can also update you, on request, with our new releases and what you would benefit from them. Our updates information also includes new features we add for our members which are free to use.

2. Changing or Deleting Your Information -

You have the right to make changes on your membership status account. You can also contact us and ask us to make ammendments for you. This procedure requires us to confirm your authenticity and this includes asking you about a few security questions which you should be able to answer.

3. Information Sharing -

Dreamranger will never issue out any information about a customer's details to any third parties without permission unless it is a criminal enquiry. Much as we never ask for account details, we do ask for confirmation of customer contact details from either customers or paypal. This will only happen if there is an urgent need which in most cases is related to goods in transit or any unclear orders.
Dreamranger will never contact you by phone asking for your account details or contact telephone numbers. We normally email our clients with their login name, our company name and subject of our message. Please never allow anyone to use your login details or order anything on your behalf unless you fully understand the possible consequences and you do trust that person.
We do not display account numbers or people's addresses unless it is a specific part of their transaction that requires their confirmation.

4. Legislation and Law enforcement -

Dreamranger complies with legal authorities and the disclosure of customer information for legal reasons may be possible. Much as we wish to work with our customers with all respect, we also abide by the law and are commited to tracking down Internet crime and any other form of law defying misconduct.
We do not however disclose customer information until there is a reasonable need to do so. This is done by all businesses as a personal responsibility to fight crime.
